MEET SHARI

For the last 20+ years Shari has been devoted to helping motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals. Being involved with sports & fitness all her life, she graduated from The University of Edinburgh with a BSc Hons in Applied Sports Science in 1999 and started her work life being an integral part of running successful gyms . In April 2011 she stepped out on her own establishing SAS Fitness focusing on group fitness and personal training. Her education in fitness has continued over the years and she has gained numerous qualifications and certificates. This continued personal development allows her to stay on the cutting edge of the industry, and her complete dedication to every single person she works with gives her clients a service that is second to none.

KETTLEHIIT

Bringing together two of the most effective training methods in one class KETTLEHIIT provides a fantastic full body workout. By combining Kettlebell movements to strengthen the core, upper body and legs/ glutes with the body weight, short burst, compound movements of HIIT working strength and cardio fitness, changes in fitness level can be seen very quickly.

Kettlebell

KETTLERCISE

Kettlercise is a Body Transformation, toning, and weight loss system designed to reshape and sculpt the body like never before. Kettlercise provides an overall total body workout with the use of a single weight, incorporating the movements used in traditional kettlebell training such as swings, snatches, lunges, pulls, presses, and many others.

Step N Strong

SAS Fitness Step N Strong is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core & functional movement patterns using a fitness step and body weight exercises. This class is designed to keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the last and beyond, increasing your metabolism  to continue burning for hours after class ends. The use of the step allows you to work the biggest and most efficient muscles in your body (quads, hamstrings & glutes) in a way that just isn't possible on a flat surface, keeping the heart rate and calorie burn high , boosting the metabolism and giving the legs and entire body a great workout.

Kick Boxing

CARDIOFIT

Inspired by boxing, kickboxing, and combat moves this class definitely gets your happy hormones flowing! Using all the all the best techniques for raising your heart rate, CardioFit improves your fitness level, metabolism, and happiness!
